Homebuyer Report / Level 2 Survey
This type of report is appropriate for younger houses, which were generally built after World War 2.
- Houses, flats and bungalows which are traditional in style and construction.
- Of an age that major defects are less likely to be present meaning less than 75 years old.
- It focuses on essential defects and problems which are urgent or significant using a scoring system that makes it easier for the reader to understand the possible significant issue and direct their attention straight away
- A succinct report providing evidence and rectification where required.


Building Survey / Level 3 Survey
This provides a detailed report of a property’s construction. It is directed to properties that are significantly older, extensively adapted or extended, more modern methods of construction and most importantly properties that are in poor condition or even dilapidated. This report will outline every aspect of the property in significant detail, outlining specific areas of concern, further investigations where required and rectifications.
